Ryan Peter French is a multimedia artist who graduated with a first degree in BA(Hons) Fine Art from MSoA, and is currently based in Manchester. His practice consists of painting, illustration and digital art. The subject matter of his work lies in the human condition and our ability to share and connect our experiences through visual language. His artistic influences span the breadth of art history with particular reference to Dada, Surrealism and Symbolism. French's oil paintings depict his experiences as a queer man through symbolism, mythology and nature.
