Sherman Yee is a non-binary NYC artist working in watercolor and acrylic/oil mediums and NFT space. His first group show was at the Leslie-Lohman Museum alongside artists Keith Haring, Tom of Finland and Andy Warhol. This show was about the Male Gaze and coincided with the 50th anniversary of Stonewall and world pride 50. Sherman’s art explores masculinity, gender, and beauty. He shows gay male relationships as ‘normal’ and shows that there is love, romance, and beauty. The artwork shows emotions and desires and challenge traditional male roles and relationships.
