Terry Hastings is a queer photographer/artist living in Palm Springs, California. He specializes in images of men and pools, highlighting the local beauty of Palm Springs. He has shown in museums and galleries across the country and is collected around the globe. Currently Terry is exploring the “joiners” or collage work created by the original southern California homosexual artist, David Hockney. Terry has taken the work beyond the pasted together Polaroid photos, into the world of Photoshop and digital manipulation. Terry takes hundreds of photos of his subjects and puts them back together showing the advance of time and movement in a singular work of art.
