Despite E. Lesh's hectic day job as an LGBTQ+ rights lawyer in New York City, he still manages to find time to coax a metric shit-ton of famously hot men out of their clothing.  All kidding aside, he is surprisingly prolific considering how taxing (and important) his work tends to be. He works quickly and only on short projects, and further attributes his ability to constantly churn out new work to art being a "highly addictive" indulgence that acts as a creative escape from his professional life. God bless this man and his addictions.

His whimsical, yet unabashedly erotic style is generally simple, but his drawings are unique, attractive, and instantly recognizable, and his figures are exaggerated in all the right places. Like most artists who work with live models, he has had to settle with drawing them via video chat during the pandemic, but i incredibly eager to get back to being with models in person as he draws them.

"The first thing I do when I’m working solo with a live model is strive to create a space where we both feel comfortable and encouraged. The best work flows from a foundation of trust. I always try to chat with models as I work... There’s something about being nude that makes the pretext fall away."

Lesh has lived in NYC his entire adult life, opining that "if you love queer culture and the arts, there is no better place to be." Since a majority of Lesh’s work is quite erotic, we highly recommend you check out the dandy gallery for a more accurate (and steamy) representation of his talent.
